Set in the US on the border with Mexico, this is a chase thriller with deep, well-sculpted characters. The narrative is interrupted by stream-of-consciousness prose from a jaded Sheriff tasked with solving the grisly case.  Signature lack of punctuation from the author drives a fantastic story.
